OmniBot – This little guy can do it all. Keep this bot up on your second screen, and use it as a starting point for any work you have to do. Trained on dozens of roles and with Tutorial Mode always available, you’ll get 80% of where you need to be within minutes. If there’s a better tool in the suite for what you’re trying to do, OmniBot will redirect you over there. But it’s built to be an always-on personal assistant making you super efficient and productive.

CMOBot – This one does what it says on the tin. If your organization is too small to have a CMO, this bot can fill the gap and provide you with some expert-level output for that role. If you do have a high-level marketing person, they can use this bot to knock out all their fancy annual strategy plans and customer journey work in a fraction of the time it usually takes.

ContentBot – This is the junior role to CMOBot. It’ll take all the output you create with its big brother and turn that into all the different types of content you need for any platform you want. It understands social media, advertising, and storytelling best practices, and is configured to your brand voice and examples of your favorite pieces of existing content.

LearningBot – This powerful bot will forever change the way you learn new things. A few sessions with this one and you’ll never want to do generic Google searches again. Even if you’re a power user with AI-enabled web searches, you’ll find that LearningBot walks you through research and retention in the way you want to learn, so it’s easy and fun.

Insights Engine – This entry into the suite comes from a tool Nate built for a previous client and decided to give to everyone. It intakes news articles you give it, applies your organization’s perspective to them, and outputs a number of bite-sized concepts tailored to the type of audience you care about. These concepts then become personal value-add notes to your contacts, or the foundations of this week’s content marketing production.

Ideation Engine – Whenever you need to brainstorm anything, from boring work tasks to exciting creative projects, the Ideation Engine will provide 15 options in five different categories, each with three levels of complexity. It’s built from Nate’s “Double Twist” ideation framework that he used as a creative strategist at many agencies over the years.

PersonaBot (BETA) – When you need to understand your audience better, activate PersonaBot to create detailed customer profiles from your data, allowing you to see your target markets at a glance. It also works in reverse, evaluating new product or service ideas and telling you what type of audience will love it.

CalendarBot (BETA) – Need help scheduling anything too complex to fit in your human brain? Use this bot to coordinate large data sets with multiple variables and dependencies. Typical use cases vary from multi-month content campaign calendars to conference event planning: coordinating your staff for meetings, sessions, booth management, etc.

HelpBot – Each of the bots can provide help and support for their own operations, but if you run into problems with the suite overall, you can access HelpBot to troubleshoot and get some initial answers. If it can’t solve your problem, it can help generate a trouble ticket for the YouBots team.

OPBot – This bot is available only to admins. When you first sign up with YouBots, you’ll walk through an interview with this one in order to set up the organizational profile (OP) that all bots reference to do their jobs well. If any user wants to make updates to any bots’ function, that bot can output an update request for OPBot to edit the OP.
